Employees from the Office of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) and the Office of the Vice Governor (VGO) participated in the Training on Basic Records and Archiving Management Program and Digital Archiving System by the Provincial Human Resource and Management Office (PHRMO) on October 15–17, 2025.
The three-day seminar aimed to enhance the knowledge and competencies of government personnel in both conventional and digital archiving systems to ensure proper documentation, efficient retrieval, and long-term preservation of official records.
Among the participants were Ms. Lorna Cortez, Administrative Officer V, and Mr. Jeffward E. Rioja, Computer Programmer I, both from the Office of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, and Ms. Jenevive B. Balurin, Administrative Aide III, from the Office of the Vice Governor.
The Provincial Government of Cagayan continues to promote digital transformation and sound records management practices to support transparency, accountability, and service efficiency.
