The 11^th Sangguniang Panlalawigan commended various Cagayanos who displayed excellent performance in the different field of specialization last July 05, 2023 during the 49^th Regular Session at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall, Capitol Hills, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. 

The awardees brought fame and honor to the province of Cagayan through sports and academic aspects by representing the country and bagging medals and topping the board examinations in the national level.

Named are the following awardees:

Zyka Santiago- Bronze Medal- Mixed Freestyle Team Poomsae (SEA GAMES)

Ma. Erika Abella- Top 3 Nationwide in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET)- Elementary Level

Dazel Jean Samoy Alariao- Top 9 Nationwide in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) – Elementary Level

Arch. Jaren Dave Durian Cornelio- Top 9 Nationwide in the Architecture Licensure Examination

Board Member Rosauro Rodrigo G. Resuello, principal sponsor of the said commendations wanted to express his gratitude to these Cagayanos for bringing honor to the province.
