The 11th Sangguniang Panlalawigan headed by the Vice Governor, Hon. Melvin “Boy” K. Vargas, Jr. successfully conducted the regular 3 in 1 activity of the SP namely, the Flag raising ceremony, LINGAP Caravan and Mobile Session at Barangay Centro, Sta. Ana, Cagayan last July 17, 2023.

Together with VG Boy Vargas and other Members of the Board, the Flag ceremony was attended by the employees of the Local Government Unit of Sta. Ana Cagayan with their Municipality Mayor, Hon. Nelson P. Robinion and Sangguniang Bayan Members headed by Vice Mayor Catherine Ladrido.

Further, the constituents from the different barangays of LGU- Sta. Ana, Cagayan with the Liga ng mga Barangay President, Hon. Jezzarene Ibus took part in the LINGAP Kaibigan, Angat Cagayan Program.

Board Members Hon. Romeo Garcia, Hon. Kamille Ponce-Perez, Hon Randy Ursulum and VG Boy Vargas took the lead in conducting the said program. This is to let the constituents of Municipality of Sta. Ana experience and immediately make available services of the Government such as medical mission from CVMC, DOH and assistance from other Government Agencies namely DOLE, Pag-Ibig, Phil Health, SSS, DA, TESDA and DTI.

Moreover, the regular mobile session tackles the different agenda which focuses on the issues and development of the province. The plenary also continued to review and deliberate the proposed 2023 Annual Investment Plan, a pre-requisite to approved the Annual Budget.

“Patuloy po nating pagsisilbihan ang bawat Cagayano sa abot ng ating makakaya gaya ng ating panukala simula ng tayo ay tumakbo bilang Bise Gobernador ng ating Probinsya. Andito po kami ngayon upang kayo ay kumustahin at pakinggan ang inyong mga hinaing at mag-abot ng mga libreng serbisyo na hatid sainyo ng ating Gobyerno” said Vice Gov. Vargas during his message in the LINGAP Caravan program.

With this, the Local Government Officials and constituents of Sta. Ana, Cagayan are very grateful with the different services that the 11^th SP Members brought in to their Municipality.

Hence, VG Boy Vargas also thanked the partner Government Agencies present during the conduct of the different activities of his office and SP with their support and efforts to make it possible. He also extends his gratitude to the LGU- Officials and constituents of Sta. Ana Cagayan with their warm welcome to the members of the Provincial Board of Cagayan.
