The CAGAYAN OUTSTANDING YOUTH AWARDS (COYA) aims to identify and recognize outstanding youth leaders and volunteers for their exemplary performance and achievements in empowering communities, leadership, and promoting volunteerism as a way of life, contributing to nation-building.

The Provincial Government of Cagayan, through the Office of the Sangguniang Kabataan Pederasyon ng Cagayan, is calling on all Kabataang Cagayano to submit their nominations for the “Cagayan Outstanding Youth Awards 2024.”
